I used to think that working in optical retail is less challenging as compared to eye clinic because of their marketing orientated principle. I’d also hesitated when being asked of my profession because lack of public recognition. However, after joining eyecon through Flexzoom, my perception changed. Being well equipped with updated instruments such as fundus camera, corneal topographer, tonometer and digital slit lamp; I can do almost everything within the capabilities of an optometrist.

Furthermore, guidance from experienced practitioner allows me to enhance my skills particularly in marketing and management which lead to customer and self-satisfaction. I’m very lucky to work in this conductive environment as it allows me to pursue my career. I believe, Eyecon could be the leader in providing primary eye care services throughout the nation one day.
